DRASTIC TERMS SUGGESTED. EARLY GAZETTING EXPECTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Sept. 24. The regulations dealing with the censoring of film posters announced by the Ministev of Internal Affairs, the Hon. P. A. do la Pcrrelle, some weeks ago, have been before Cabinet. It is anticipated that they will be approved by the Executive Council on Monday, in which event they will be published in the Gazette on Thursday week. When he made the announcement recently the Minister indicated that the regulations would be of a drastic nature, but said last evening that he was not in a position to disclose the precise terms until they were gazetted.
