ILL-TREATMENT OF STOCK
HASTINGS FARMER IMPRISONED. INSUFFICIENT FEED SUPPLIED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hastings, Last Night. Charged with causing unnecessary suffering to his stock, James Mougham was fined £lO and costs in the Hastings Court to-day. On a charge of failing to supply his stock with sufficient feed, Moughan was sentenced to imprisonment for 21 days.
