CANADIAN POLITICAL GOSSIP. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Ottawa, Aug. 28. Political gossip regards tariff action as probable in the September session of Parliament, with one of three courses likely in the ' brief period available. These are (1) a measure in the nature of a flat tariff increase; (2)' provision for an advance in. tariff on certain specified imports; or (3) a Bill increasing duty generally except bn stipulated commodities. ' '
