The Warea Ladies’ Guild will hold a sale of work in the Warea hall this afternoon in aid of the church funds. Well stocked stalls will display the results of many weeks’ work. In the evening proceedings will conclude with a euchre party and dance. The Farmers’ Co-op. draws the attention of buyers in search of sheep, high class station bred cattle and fat stock to the Waverley sale advertisement appearing in the auction columns of this paper. Included in the advertisement is a special entry of 40 well-grown goodconditioned 4 and 5-ycar-old bullocks, also 15 prime fat heifers on account of Mr, F. K. Pearce, Ngamatapouri.
