DANGER TO TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Wellington, Aug. 26.AJann at .the proposed changes in the education system contained in Part JJ-. of the report of the recess education committee was expressed at last night s meeting of the Wellington Technical College Board of Governors. I Mr. J. H. Howell, director of the college, in his report stated that if th® changes were carried out in their entirety the character of the college as it now exists would be destroyed.
