COURT RESERVES DECISION. 1 ! ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Aug. 26. The hearing concluded to-day of the base in which A. H. Peterson, a bookimaker, aged 36, and Thomas Quinn, a merchant, aged 36, were charged jointly with using their premises as a common gaming house, and Peterson further with laying totalisator odds. Decision was reserved.
