POSTAL OFFICER KILLED
MOTOR-CAR OVERTURN'S. By Telec’raph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. Wilfred Wrigley Payne, senior clerk of the telegraph engineer’s office, Masterton, was killed early this evening as the result of a motoring accident neat Only meagre details are available, but it is reported that the car skidded in the mud on the roadside and capsized, deceased being pinned underneath. Death was apparently instantaneous. Deceased was aged 32, and was a married man with one child.
