NOVA SCOTIA PREMIER RESIGNS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.---Copyright. Halifax, August 11. The Premier of Nova Scotia, Mr. E. N. Rhodes, resigned on Monday to accept the Portfolio of Fisheries in the Dominion Government. The Minister of Public Works, Mr. Gordon Harrington, succeeds him as Premier.
