CHALLENGE BY WELLINGTON. ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Wellington Rugby Union decided to-night to issue a challenge to Southland for the Ranfurly Shield and notify that the match at Invercargill on September would be a match for the shield. Mr. J. N. Millard, sole selector, was appointed manager of the southern tour.
