The Canterbury Park (N.S.W.) races were held yesterday in fine weather. Sargon, Bay Acre and Vallar, New Zealanders, won races and other Dominion horses were prominent. New Zealand horses were starters in the Ashbury Handicap but were unplaced. The stewards inquired into alleged interference with I’m Alone, the New Zealand horse, during the running of the Park Stakes, and came to the conclusion it was due to ■ other horses crowding in at the three furlongs turn. Kentle pulled up seven furlongs from home. Good Whisky -passed Bang Bang ■ at the five furlongs post and coming into the straight strongly, won comfortably by four lengths; from Orange Park, which was five lengths ahead of Bang Bang.- George William was fourth and then came Hungarian.
