EXCHANGE OF CRUISERS
CANBERRA FOR MEDITERRANEAN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. London, August 8, The Admiralty announces that the Shropshire will leave the Mediterranean station in October for Australia in exchange .for the cruiser Canberra, which wil join the Mediterranean Fleet in December. The officers and men will b« given a full year’s experience in up-to-date cruiser tactics.
