TO NORTH POLE UNDER ICE
INSPECTION OF SUBMARINE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. / New York, Aug. 5. A message from Philadelphia states that Sir Hubert Wilkins inspected his submarine, which is at the navy yard awaiting reconditioning. He announced that the craft was suitable for the attempt to reach the North Pole under the ice.
