BIG CELBBRATIOY PLANNED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At a meeting held this morning of the Dominion executive of the Order of St. John it was reported that the King had approved' of the foundation of a commandery of the order in New Zealand. It was also stated that as next year’s celebration would take the form of an inspection of brigades at Hyde Park by the Prince of Wales, an historical pageant, first aid competitions for men and women, an overseas gathering at Buckingham Palace, a Royal garden party and a service at Westminster Abbey, many visitors from overseas were expected to take part in the proceedings.
