SURPLUS OF MEN OFFERING., By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Sydney, Aug. 5. Tiie Graziers’ Association reports that more regular shearers have offered for work than are necessary for immediate requirements. There are now over 200 sheds working on the new rates.
