BANKRUPTCY ACT BREACH
DUNEDIN MAN PUNISHED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Aug. 4. In the Police Court Alexander Hamilton Walkinshaw, a bankrupt, for failing to keep proper books was sentenced to 21 days’ imprisonment and to be treated as a first-class prisoner. On a charge of false pretences he was admitted to 12 months’ probation.
