JURY AWARDS DAMAGES
APPLICATION FOR NEW TRIAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Before Mr. Justice Reed and a jury in the case of an action for damages arising out of a collision on the Hutt Road, the jury found for the plaintiff, Arthur Hirschorn, on all counts, awarding £507 12s. special and general damages against Leonard Mervyn Wallace, manager. Permission .was given to apply for a new trial.
