Plymouth since the Government announced it. The wholesale companies, however, have not yet definitely stated their policy. Until Parliament has confirmed the tax the future , piof petrol .is still undecided. Meanwhile the retailers are in the difficult position of desiring to keep faith with their public and at the same time of guarding themselves against financial lost?.
