■ MEMBER INCREASES OFFENCE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. London; July 21. Referring in the House of Commons to the “mace incident”- and the suspension of Mr. J. Beckett (Labour member for Peckham, Camberwell) and another Labour member, the Prime Minister (Mr. Ramsay MacDonald) said he had noticed that Mr. Beckett had increased his offence by a subsequent Press interview.
