KAMO TOWNSHIP OUTBREAK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Whangarei, July 17. A fire at Kamo destroyed a baker's shop and residence combined, owned by Harry Wilkinson and occupied by Mrs. Moore, also the adjoining dwelling, owned by James Swann and occupied by Johnson. A bucket brigade, which was the only fire-fighting medium available, was unable to prevent total demolition, except to the furniture in Swann’s house.
