KINGSFORD SMITH’S PLANS
ENGLAND TO AUSIHAI.IA FLIGHT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. San Francisco, July 16. Kingsford Smith has been approached by the Eastern Company, which is constructing an experimental ’plane, regarding the Oakland-Tokio flight, which will not take place before June next. Kingsford’s brother, Mr. R. H. ,K. Smith, said in "Wednesday that the ’plgne would be cither three or fourmotored, with a.cruising radius of 6000 miles. Kingsford Smith leaves en; route to the East on Wednesday. He hopes to leave London on August 15_ in a small English, plane on a projected 10 days’ flight to Sydney with six stops.
