(British Wireless). Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, July 15. The Duke of Connaught to-day unveiled a memorial at Westminster Ophthalmic Hospital to the late Bernard Baron, the philanthropist. During the years he spent in England, his adopted country, the baron gave over £2,000,000 to charity.
