UNDEFENDED CIVIL CASES. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., in the New Plymouth Magistrate’s Court yesterday in the following undefended “civil cases; J. B. Brunsden was ordered' to pay the New Plymouth Sash and Door Factory, Ltd., £23 13s 2d (costs £1 13s fid) at the rate of 10s a week, in default 21 days’ imprisonment.
