MAGISTRATE’S COURT
UNDEFENDED CIVIL CASES. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., in the New Plymouth Magistrate’s Court yesterday in the following undefended “civil cases; J. B. Mac Ewan and Co., Ltd. v. A. New, £lB 5s (costs £2 14s); Newton King, Ltd. v. Armstrong and Lloyd, £45 17s 2d (£4 3s fid); A. Ramshaw v. L. A. and E. M. Tate, £5 Is fid (£1 19s fid); Reesby Bros, v. J. Murray, fls (10s); Oswald Cook v. J. Murray, £3 3s (£1 5s fid). Under judgment summons H. Peters was ordered to pay L. H. Andrews Bs, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment. H. Brunsden was ordered' to pay the New Plymouth Sash and Door Factory, Ltd., £23 13s 2d (costs £1 13s fid) at the rate of 10s a week, in default 21 days’ imprisonment.
