ELECTION OF OFFICERS. At the annual meeting of, the Central (New Plymouth) Croquet Club there was a good attendance of members. ■■■' ■■■■ The following officers were elected: —. President, Mrs. Ewing (re-elected); vice-presidents, Mesdames Morris and H. Smart; committee, Mesdames Tribe, Ford, Reading and Drake; match committee, Mesdames Morris, Ford, Carter and Thompson; auditor, Mr. Hawkins.
