LAWN TENNIS RANKING LIST
LEADERS IN AUSTRALIA. . The first official ranking list issued by the Australian Lawn Tennis Association Ranking C’ommittee (W. & sproule, W. J. Daish, and R. C. E» Teague 16th, while F. Kalms is not ranked owing to insufficient play. Actual results only were considered, ex-, hibition. matches were ignored, and only grass court play ' was taken into ac* count, because of the absence of inter-! State competition between leading players on any other surface. Most importance was attached to tho Australian championship results.
