Rec. 9.30 p.m. New York, June 4. A Chicago message states that plans for the swift movement of the wheat harvest, which will begin shortly, have been settled with the railways, which are providing thousands of freight cars. Grain interests declare that never before has there been so few orders for immediate export delivery from the seaports. Statisticians indicate that there will be about 245,000,000 bushels of wheat in the United States, which is the largest carryover the country has ever seen.
