CHIROPRACTORS’ CLAIMS

HOSPITAL BOARD’S RIGHTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. The question of X-ray services to chiropractors was re-introduced by Major Dagger at the monthly meeting of the zNelson Hospital Board to-day. He said it was well known that the present much debated subject, “X-ray services for chiropractors,” had originated at Nelson. He would like to see vindicated the board’s original motion ■ granting permission to Nelson chiropractors to have X-ray photographs taken at the hospital. He thought it time the board stiffened its back and took a stand. It would be to the board’s credit if the point was eventually won. Mr. B. F. Spiers said he felt strong: ly on the matter. He knew of cases where' chiropractors had done good when doctors had failed. The X-ray plant belonged to the ratepayers, and he considered it should be used in the case of any application. It was proposed that Nelson have the matter discussed in the form of a remit to the hospital boards’ conference.
