PAYMENTS UNDER A Will
APPROVAL OF SUPREME COURT.
A motion for the approval of security for the payment of weekly sums previously awarded by the court in the estate of Annio Maria Walker was granted by Mr. Justice Blair yesterday. It was explained that all the parties consented with tho exception of one, who had been served but was not represented.
