RECKLESS DRIVING CHARGE
INJURY .TO THREE PERSONS

Hamilton, May 10.
Reginald Cecil. Waite Taylor, an insurance agent of Auckland, was charged in the Huntly Police Court yesterday with negligent and reckless driving and with doing bodily injury to Mrs. Margaret Francis Armstrong and her daughters Greta and Jean. --
The latter were walking along the road near the 'TSimihia cemetery on the evening of January, 24 when they were run down by a car allegedly driven by Taylor. Mrs. Armstrong suffered a fracture .of the. leg and her daughter Great a fracture of the skull.and thigh, while Jean, aged 11, was'badly affected by shock. The defendant was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being .allowed.'
