AMATEUR ROAD RACING
HANDICAPS FOR TO-MORROW. . The following handicaps have been declared for the second race in the first series being conducted by the New Plymouth amateur road race sub-commit-: tee; of which Mr. B. Blackball is see- 1 retary, to-morrow, commencing at 2. p.m. The race will be from Windy. Point (near Mission Hill) to Oakura Hotel and back, about ten miles. The race was postponed last week owing to the “Flying Arab” races: J. Horne, scr, L. Heatley 20sec., L. Recd 20sec>, J. F. Gillies Imin., E. J. Goodwin IJmin., T. Batten 2min., Dickie 2£min., L.
