ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE
GUILT OF- AUCKLAND FIREMAN. By Telegraph.—Pre»s Association. Auckland, Last Night. Arraigned on a charge of robbery with violence, and on alternative counts of assault and theft arising from an incident in a house in Hobson Street last month, James Daley, a fireman, aged 34, was found guilty to-day in the Supreme Court of assault, with intent to. rob... Robert Morton, a fireman, aged 32, also appeared to answer the same set of charges. He pleaded guilty to robbing Charles Daike of £5 15s. with violence. Both men were remanded for sentence.
