A message from Dallas (Texas) states that approximately 53 persons were killed in a scries of tornadoes which were accompanied by heavy rain and hailstorms. The ' entire State experienced great windstorms and the whole of the business section of' the town of Frost was destroyed. Communications have been broken. -
