For Long Service.
The Hev. Mother. Ursula, of the Sistore of St. Paul de Chartres, has been presented by the French Government with the decoration of Chevalier of 'the Legion of Honour, in recognition of her fifty-one years of uninterrupted service in the hospital of Martinique and the Orphanage of Laos, Indo-China. Mother Ursula is ''the foundress of the latter institution, and has been its superior for twenty-five years.
