CONFERENCE AT WELLINGTON. By ' I’cl egraph— Press Association Wellington, Last Night. The first congress of Dominion Esperantists was held in Wellington to-day. Mr. C. J. Adcock presided over a good attendance, including pioneers of the movement in New Zealand. The annual report indicated that substantial progress had been made, and the balance-sheet revealed a healthy state of affairs. The executive was re-elected en bloc. Other business included the adoption of new rules and the consideration of matters relative to incorporation and the inauguration of an examination committee. It was decided to hold the next congress at Auckland during Easter of 1931.
