HEAVY DOWNPOUR OF RAIN
CLOUDBURST AT HAKATARAMEA. By Telegraph. —Press Association. Oainaru, Last Night. A cloudburst is reported to have occurred at Hakataramea to-day. For .about 20 minutes rain poured down in torrents, flooding a fairly large area, while across the Waitaki River at Kurow only a few drops of rain fell.
