AT LEAST FIFTEEN DROWNED
ARREST OF GREEK SHIP'S CAPTAIN

Constantinople, Dec. 27. At least 15 were drowned in a collision in the Sea of Marmora at midnight on December 22 between a Greek vessel and the Bulgarian steamer Varna. Thirty-four of the Varna’s crew were picked up by a British vessel. The Turkish police arrested the captain of the Greek vessel.
