Rec. 8 p.m. Rome, Dec. 26. On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Pope’s entry into the priesthood King George, in a message to His Holiness, says: “I cannot allow this happy occasion to pass without offering my sincerest congratulations and best wishes for your welfare and happiness. I ask Your Holiness to accept my felicitations and assurance of sincere friendship and the heartfelt respect and esteem I feel for the person and character of Your Holiness.”
