FU-LL CEREMONY AT OPENING,

The Emperor, attired as a generalia 4 simo, and escorted by cavalry, to-day proceeded to the House of Peers and personally read a rescript .opening Parliament with full ceremony, in the presence of princes, diplomats and member® of the Upper and Lower Houses. After the adoption of replies to the Throne, the diet adjourned till January 21.
