DISASTER IN CHINKSF WATERS. Ry Telegraph—Cress Assn. —Copyright. Shanghai, Dec. 23. Two survivors of a’terrible disaster arrived at Hong-Kong to-day. They were picked up by a fishing boat in the vicinity of lloiig-Kong, thereby solving the non-arrival of a Chinese coastal steamer, which appears to have turned turtle in rough weather on Saturday night, carrying down 200 passengers and crew.
