Complaints of lack of prosperity in the woollen trade cu r-iLuued yesterday in the announcement that the Godo mills at Osaka, intend to discharge half their 7000 workers, <ausing consternation in the neighbourhood. The Godo Company consists of a combine effected in 1927, with a capital of £5,000,000.
