JUDGMENT GIVEN FOR DEBT
CIVIL CASES IN NEW PLYMOUTH.
Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr. R. W. Moody, £2 6s (£1 4s 6d); E. B. Maddock v. C. Brinsley, £1 7s 6d (8s); A. E. Andrews v. J. Allen, cost 13s; Taranaki Trade Association v. Eugene O’Callaghan, £1 8s (I2s); same v. T. J. Allen, £lO Is 6d (£2 18s); same v. A. F. Howarth, £1 17s 6d (8s).
