DRUNKEN CYCLIST FINED

FOUND HELPLESS NEAR MACHINE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. To Aroha, Nov. 30. William Wallace was fined £5 by a pustice of the peace this morning on a charge of having been found while intoxicated in charge of ' a motor-cycle. Wallace was found lying in the grass in a helpless condition near a motorcycle with half a bottle of whisky in his pocket. The benzine tank was empty.
