WHARF DUES ON CARGOES
REDUCTIONS AT LIVERPOOL. By ’ Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright, Rec. 7 p.m. London, Nov. 21. As a result of Mr. Baldwin’s derating Act the Liverpool Dock Board on January 1 will reduce by one-half the dues and rates on many cargoes, including ores and wool and also motor-cars for export. Railway freights will also be reduced by one-third.
