PLOT AGAINST SOVIET
ORGANISATION IN UKRAINE. EX-MINISTERS AT HEAD. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Moscow, Nov. 21. A counter-revolutionary organisation, headed by M. Chekhovsky, an ex-Premier in M. Petlura’s Government, ex-Minis-ters Efremov and Nikovsky and several others, has been discovered in the Ukraine, according to the Tass agency, which declares that the organisation aimed to convert the Ukraine into a capitalist state controlled by a certain neighbouring State. The organisation is said to have been in close contact with the Petliurist centre in Poland and foreign representatives in the Ukraine. It has also created a union of Ukrainian youth for terroristic attempts on members of the Soviet Government. Those arrested have confessed and will be tried by the Ukrainian Supreme Court.
