King Alphonso has consented to any measures which, in the opinion of the Spanish Premier, General i Primo de Rivera, are necessary to deal with the latent dissatisfaction in the artillery. It is understood that steps are being taken, if not to dissolve the artillery, at least to reorganise it. with a view to the elimination of tlie disaffected elements. It is believed the dictator lias the situation well in hand.
