STATEMENT IN AUCKLAND COURT RETURNED SOLDIERS’ RESENTMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Associ. lion. Auckland, Nov. 22. Strong resentment was expressed at a meeting of the Returned Soldiers’ Association to' a' statement made by Mr. R. .A. Singer in the case against Dr. Share that it had been common for returned soldiers to carry indecent photographs. The secretary, Mr. Sharp, said he had been approached by many returned men who said they strongly resented the inference. Mr. W. G. Camp said that during the retxirn journey of a troopship he had occasion to go through the kits of men on board. In only one kit of 600 were any photographs found. It was decided to take up the matter with the Law Society.
