BAD LANGUAGE AT DANCE
DUNEDIN MAN SENTENCED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. - Dunedin, Nov. 21. At the Police Court Melville West was charged with using obscene language at a dance and with a breach of his probation. He was., sentenced to one month’s imprisonment on each charge. . The police gave evidence that accused used filthy language to women in the hall. He was not intoxicated, but appeared to be of. the larrikin type. He was admitted to probation last year for being idle and disorderly.
