CHINESE SHIP PIRATED
DISGUISED BANDITS ABOARD. By Telegraph—Ptms Aasn.—Copyright. Shanghai, November 10. Reports of another sensational piracy on the China coast have reached here, following the mysterious disappearance for two days of the Chinese-owned steamer Kwongchi, of 1000 tons. The details available indicate that the piracy was conducted in the usual manner. The perpetrators, disguised as passengers, surprised the Chinese officers and crew, taking charge of the bridge, and immediately dismantling the -wireless. They took the vessel to a deserted inlet until nightfall, and looted the passengers. The vessel, after being in the control of the pirates fcr two days, was abandoned midway between Winchow and Shanghai. The captain succeeded in communicating with Shanghai, and Chinese warships are investigating.
