REFUSAL TO INSURE THE CREW. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. " Berlin, Nov. 9. Another hitch in Herr Eckener’s projected flight in the Graf Zeppelin to the North Pole has been caused by insurance companies having reiused policies to the crew on the ground of the perils involved. The crew had agreed to take part in the proposed flight if they received special pay and were insured. They had previously refused on the ground that such a flight was hazardous.
