b —■. ' — —", ARRANGEMENTS OF FIXTURES. A meeting of the North Taranaki Primary Schools Sports' Association executive was held last week, Mr. A. train, presiding. There were also present:" Messrs. Bruce, Adams, . Jjord, Saddler, Davey and Drader (honorary secretary). It was decided that a North v. South representative cricket game be played on December 6 at Hawera, and that Messrs. Wagstaff and Davey be appointed selectors at a trial' match to be played on the afternoon of November 29. Mr. Train was appointed manager of the team. ' . ' With reference to swimming, the secretary was instructed to write to Ilaueia offering the primary school championship carnival to be. held the first week in March, and that the secretary apply to the Taranaki Swimming Association for permission to hold the carnival for .the Walker Cup and Weston and McHardy relay shields. . It was decided to hold the annual meeting of the Primary Schools Association during the last week of the school year-
