NORTH EGMONT HOSTELRY

ANNUAL REPORT., ’ i The annual report of the North Egmont Hostelry, Ltd., states: In submitting their' second annual report and balance-sheet the directors have to report that the Park Board has completed the tar-sealing of most of the road through the reserve, making the journey to the hostel much easier and more pleasant, and it is hoped that increased patronage will result to the hostel. More satisfactory arrangements are being made by the north committee of the Park Board for dealing with motortraffic through the reserve which, it is hoped, will reduce to a minimum the objectionable features experienced on occasions by visitors in the past. The new lease granted by the Park Board to the company now comprises an increased area surrounding the hostel, and your directors hope to be able by laying out paths to increase the facilities for short and enjoyable walks for those unable to undertake the longer trips which are still available. Shareholders are invited to support their directors by patronising the hostel in greater numbers and making known to their friends the splendid attractions we now have to offer them.
